Professional and Research Interests.

Dr. Hassinger specializes in shoulder and knee arthroscopic surgery including ligament reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, meniscus repair and cartilage transplantation. His practice includes fracture management as well as hip, knee, and partial knee replacement using extended wear materials.

Dr. Hassinger has received advanced training by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons in the treatment of shoulder disorders. This includes the management of rotator cuff tears and tendonitis, arthritis, dislocations, and cartilage disorders. His training includes the use of the newest techniques in both arthroscopic and minimally invasive shoulder surgery.

Dr. Hassinger is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
